Processing Time

Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

After production, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

At this time, Bonnie T Creations ships within the United States only.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Bonnie T Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at bonnietcreationsla@gmail.com. We will do our best to help if the order has not entered production or shipped.

Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside our control. If your tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If an order is delayed or there is a problem with delivery, contact us at bonnietcreationsla@gmail.com and we will gladly help you investigate.

If we anticipate a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you with an updated timeline and the option to continue with the order or cancel for a refund.
